Key Account Strategist Role

The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients, fostering strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to ensure alignment with client IT and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end account lifecycle, from onboarding to project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations. The successful individual will collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to guarantee smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.

Understanding client technology roadmaps and business challenges is crucial in positioning our company's IT solutions and consulting services effectively.

Leadership in contract negotiations and ensuring commercial terms are met is also essential. Staying up-to-date with emerging IT industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings will enable consultative insights for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or similar roles within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and projects.
