IT Network Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead and manage our IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance, network connectivity, and hardware management.

  • Plan, install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) and related hardware infrastructure.
  • Oversee LAN/WAN infrastructure, including firewall configuration, switches, routers, and ensure seamless network connectivity.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, hardware malfunctions, and network disruptions; ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware, including setup, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Ensure strong IT security practices through firewalls, antivirus solutions, access controls, and regular data backups and recovery drills.
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and maintain a centralized IT asset inventory for both hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with departments to assess and fulfill IT needs, ensuring reliable and scalable technology solutions.
  • Manage IT vendors, oversee hardware/software procurement, licensing compliance, AMC contracts, and budget tracking.
