About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at MiQ, a global programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the implementation of agile practices across teams, accelerating software delivery and making it predictable via product releases.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for aligning with all stakeholders to drive an integrated planning process and cross-organisation programs, providing clear visibility and alignment to what teams commit on the roadmap and deliver. You will also be responsible for operational efficiencies at CoE level in product delivery efficiency and effectiveness with the right set of standard and derived metrics.

Our ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in developing products and at least 3 years of business program management working with high performing teams having inter dependencies. You will be skilled in agile project/program management, scheduling, and risk management in delivery of releases/initiatives. Prior experience of having worked in a product delivery will be helpful, as well as experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

We're looking for a leader who can drive and make high performance teams deliver on a common business objective. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, used in data-driven analysis and decision-making, and strong communication, influence, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate smoothly across multiple functions spread across multiple geographies and great attention to detail are also essential.
