About the Role
  • Create and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities and markets for growth.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2C sales experience with at least 2+ years in Business Development and Growth.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury goods industry is highly valued.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
