Job Title: Affluent Relationship Manager

As a seasoned wealth manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining high-value relationships with affluent individuals to drive their financial growth.

  • Identify and acquire new customers by promoting our wealth management services.
  • Develop customized investment strategies tailored to each customer's unique needs and goals.
  • Monitor and report on customer accounts to ensure alignment with their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for new customers and existing portfolio growth.
  • Provide exceptional service to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and economic conditions to inform strategic investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in wealth acquisition, product development, trade finance, and related areas.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, risk management, and investment products.
  • Self-motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Wealth management experience is highly valued.
  • Insurance expertise and retail relationship management background are additional assets.

Functional/Industry Knowledge:

  • Substantial knowledge of equity markets and related sectors.
  • Understanding of current industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Certifications:

  • AMFI Certification.
  • NCFM Certification (Optional).
  • CAIIB.
  • IRDA.
  • Sales and Influencing Skills.
  • Banking Product & Process Knowledge.
  • Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills.
  • Planning and Organizing Skills.
  • Communication.
