Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

About the Role

This is a key position in our organization where you will drive financial planning and analysis to support our high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with finance/business stakeholders to develop long-range plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts.
  • Prepare the monthly/quarterly forecast file and explain the variances (forecast/budget vs. actuals).
  • Understand key business drivers.
  • Headcount planning and tracking.
  • Financial modeling management reporting and KPIs.

You will be responsible for several planning and analysis processes working with cross-functional teams to support month-end close process as per a strict timeline, projects, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CA or MBA with a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent military experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience in FP&A in a large US company.
  • Experience with ERP systems a plus.
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

We are looking for someone who can independently and proactively analyze financial information and develop solutions to complex problems. You should have a thorough working knowledge of finance, basic accounting, and business analysis.
