Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to oversee the end-to-end operations of Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in managing large employee bases and client portfolios.

  • Manage the generation process of EPF challans.
  • Handle reconciliations of PF-related accounts and transactions.
  • Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Perform accurate calculations of Employee Provident Fund contributions.
  • Conduct quality control checks for PF operations.
  • Prepare and file statutory reports.
  • Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll operations or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of the EPF Act and allied statutory laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

This role requires high levels of attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
