Job Title: Application Technical Expertise Specialist

Overview of the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and stability of our enterprise-grade systems, including IBM Sterling B2B, UiPath RPA bots, and various cloud-native database platforms.

This technical expert will be part of a global support team that provides 24/7 coverage and works collaboratively to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage support tickets via JIRA and email to ensure prompt incident response and resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple technology domains, including IBM Sterling B2B integrations, UiPath RPA workflows, and database systems such as SQL Server, Aurora PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, and BigQuery.
  • Perform regular health checks and performance monitoring of applications, integrations, and databases to identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Assist with deployment validations, patch installations, and performance tuning as needed to maintain system stability and efficiency.
  • Proactively escalate critical issues per escalation protocols to ensure timely intervention and minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • IBM Sterling B2B: In-depth experience in supporting and troubleshooting B2B integrations and translation flows.
  • UiPath (RPA): Strong hands-on knowledge of bot monitoring, error handling, and RPA job management.
  • Cloud & Databases:
  • Solid experience with AWS RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, SQL Server, DynamoDB, with exposure to MySQL and GCP BigQuery a strong plus.
  • Incident Management: Proven track record of working under pressure and adhering to strict SLAs.
  • Tools & Platforms: Experience with JIRA, ticketing systems, and monitoring tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
