Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst.

This role involves transforming the way our organization operates by creating a more efficient, data-driven, and customer-centric future.

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and implement changes in systems/user account settings.
  • Responsible for delivering custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation.
  • Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
  • Maintain overall Salesforce.com system, including data loads, backups, and restores.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvals.
  • Create and maintain end-user documentation, including internal processes.
  • Manage and maintain third-party apps and make recommendations on tools that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies.
  • Assist with data migration from other systems as needed.
  • Implement Salesforce updates and relative releases, researching new functional additions to Salesforce through updates and how they might be of use to our instance.
Requirements:
  • Lightning experience preferred.
  • Experience developing applications from origination through deployment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce.com Certification is preferred.
