As a Senior Community Development Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering a collaborative environment that drives business growth and community engagement. You will work closely with our operations teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive membership and revenue growth, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance the overall member experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase member satisfaction and retention rates;
- Work with local businesses to plan and execute events that promote collaboration and networking opportunities among members;
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted marketing strategies and materials to attract new members;
- Manage billing and check-ins/check-outs for all members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments;
- Conduct tours and provide excellent customer service to potential new members;
- Proactively gather data on members' business objectives and identify services that can help them achieve their goals;
- Supervise in-building events to ensure compliance with house rules and escalate issues as needed;
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community development or a related field;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
