Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the delivery and customization of our e-commerce-focused data analytics platform.
  • This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, client implementations, and custom solution delivery, ensuring that the platform meets the evolving needs of e-commerce clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of planning, execution, and delivery of platform implementations and customizations for e-commerce clients.
  • Definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Management of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Engagement & Customization:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their analytics needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Gathering and documenting client requirements for custom analytics, dashboards, and integrations.

Collaboration:

  • Working closely with product, engineering, analytics, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

& Quality Management:

  • Development and maintenance of detailed project plans, tracking progress, and management of risks and issues.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitoring project performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project milestones, client satisfaction, and solution adoption.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes, analytics platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
