Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction of their department. This includes reviewing work forecasts and determining productivity requirements to meet overall building objectives.
- Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor and ensure efficient shift operations while meeting all goals.
- Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to maintain a safe work environment.
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
Additional responsibilities include working with Ops managers to identify and drive improvement projects, as well as managing employees and their performance.
Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of manufacturing or customer-facing experience
