We are seeking a Finance Management Trainee to join our team at Acuity Professional Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions, including posting entries and preparing ledger balances.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, and process payroll.
- Filing of reports, working papers, and final accounts on SharePoint.
- Communicate with accounting managers, client managers, and clients regarding job allocations and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in XERO, SAGE, MS TEAMS, Excel, MS OFFICE 365, and SHAREPOINT.
- Xero and Hubdoc certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- A flexible team player with a motivational hands-on approach and can-do attitude.
