Senior Structural Design Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures, including high-rise buildings, stadiums, airports, malls, culverts, and tanks.
  • A strong understanding of international codes and standards is essential.
  • Familiarity with loads and load paths, as well as seismic and wind load parameters, is also necessary.
  • The successful candidate will be able to coordinate and negotiate structural requirements with other trades.
  • Experience working in a team environment, leading junior engineers and technicians, and delivering quality drawings and documents is required.
Responsibilities (Steel)
  • The selected candidate will have experience in the analysis and design of steel frames and components in buildings, including high-rise buildings, stadiums, pedestrian bridges, airports, malls, and industrial sheds.
  • A strong understanding of international codes and standards is essential.
  • Familiarity with loads and load paths, as well as the ability to handle proposals, prepare scope documentation, and attend client meetings is necessary.
  • The successful candidate will be able to delegate and lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver quality drawings and documents.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of core design experience in the design of concrete/steel structures is required.
  • Proficiency in software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is also required.
  • Work experience in Gulf countries with international codes is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in structural engineering from a reputable institution, preferably through GATE qualification, is desired.
