Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM and Payroll Techno Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle US Payroll Cloud implementation and support projects.
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end project experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud within HCM space required.
  • Fast Formula expertise and Payroll module skills necessary, along with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions.
  • Work extensively with Oracle Redwood UI, ensuring seamless user experience and adopting best practices for HCM.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Payroll Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
  • Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design system solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to streamline HR processes.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI and OTBI.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct user training and prepare documentation for business users.
  • Stay updated on latest Oracle Payroll Cloud enhancements and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Implementation & Support).
  • Minimum 2 Payroll projects end-to-end implementation experience required.
  • Understanding of US Payroll is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll data model, security, workflows, and very good experience in Payroll related fast Formula skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle BI, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients and teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
