Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Communications Manager to lead our strategic communication initiatives, driving Jaipur Rugs' brand visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with our vision and goals, ensuring seamless integration across all channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Content Creation:
  • Craft compelling content for press releases, newsletters, blogs, and social media platforms, showcasing our brand's story and values.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogues, highlighting our products' unique selling points.
  • Media Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets, securing positive coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Coordinate press events, interviews, and media coverage to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Internal Communications:
  • Develop engaging initiatives to inform and motivate employees, fostering a sense of community and company culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive employee communication and feedback mechanisms.
  • Digital Communications:
  • Oversee website content management, optimizing SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
  • Manage social media platforms to ensure cohesive messaging and audience engagement.
  • Brand Management:
  • Elevate brand consistency across all communication channels, reinforcing our core values and mission.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our brand's essence and purpose.
  • Crisis Management:
  • Effectively communicate during crisis situations, protecting our reputation and stakeholders' trust.
  • Research and Reporting:
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences and industry trends, informing data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed reports on communication activities and their impact, providing actionable insights for growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and SEO.
  • Experience in media relations and handling press events.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
