Job Description

This role provides guidance and expertise in technologies and processes for Information Services Management (ISM) and Quality Assurance (QA). We maintain an awareness of emerging trends to ensure a competitive edge.

  1. Automate test scenarios and expected outcomes. We provide expertise for key business functions and supporting technologies.
  2. Apply comprehensive knowledge of technical skills, principles, practices, and procedures of testing methodologies and working knowledge in planning, designing, and conducting QA reviews and inspections.
  3. Conduct comprehensive testing and risk-based assessments of the testing objects.
  4. Use source documentation as input and contribute to the planning and implementation of testing activities.
  5. Lead testing components of large and complex projects, assign tasks, provide direction to resources, and report progress to project stakeholders.
  6. Create and select tools and methodologies for review and approval by management.
Responsibilities
  • Develop quality assessment (QA) development processes.
  • Design test solutions.
  • Provide expertise in testing across the QA organization.
  • Develop and implement new practices and testing standards.
  • Contribute to project design.
  • Follow Agile and SAFe best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience with both web and client/server based testing.
