Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize and scale paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and ensuring maximum ROI on ad spends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor daily performance of campaigns and optimize for clicks, conversions and ROI.
  • Ad Creative Development, testing and iteration to improve performance.
  • Collaboration with design and content teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines.
  • Tracking, analysis and reporting campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, new ad features and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

They will also have 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising and proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.

Additionally, they should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

Experience working on multiple campaigns and delivering within deadlines is also essential.

Preferred qualifications include Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
