About the Job:

This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Project Manager Intern at QpiAI. As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities, including but not limited to assisting in project planning, tracking project progress, document management, and preparing project reports.

Responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within the defined timelines and scope.
  • The successful completion of internship for 6 months will lead to full-time offer.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in project management or related fields is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Organize, attend and document meeting minutes for various project and team meetings. Coordinate and track action items for follow-up
  • Mentor team members and monitor their daily performance
  • Carries out discussion with the team on functional and nonfunctional requirement specifications of the product to be delivered
  • Ensures use of the tools and expertise to formulate the most effective strategy for timely delivery
