About the Job:

This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Project Manager Intern at QpiAI. As an Intern , you will be responsible for supporting project management activities, including but not limited to assisting in project planning, tracking project progress, document management, and preparing project reports. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within the defined timelines and scope.You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timelines. successful completion of internship for 6 months will lead to full time offer

Responsibilities:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in project management or related fields is a plus
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize, attend and document meeting minutes for various project and team meetings. Coordinate and track action items for follow-up
  • Mentor team members and monitor their daily performance.
  • Organizes and conducts project team meetings.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the use of our resources well, following best practices and meeting the company's goals.
  • Carries out discussion with the team on functional and nonfunctional requirement specifications of the product to be delivered.
  • Ensures use of the tools and expertise to formulate the most effective strategy for timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field from IIM/IIT/NIT/ISB
  • Experience working with a software development team.
  • Strong proofreading/grammar skills for technical documents
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills who values communication, collaboration, and coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to learn and utilize new software as required.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint( Zoho Projects is a plus)
