As a key member of our research vertical (Private Equity Intelligence), you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality and accuracy of our research content. This involves regularly updating outdated company profiles and other data sets to ensure the highest standards of financial, market, and business research on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Knowledge Management: Deliver high-quality updates for multiple regions globally, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Quality Guardianship: Regularly review updates executed by your team, identify quality issues, and address them through training or process improvements.
  • Recruitment and Team Management: Support the hiring of research analysts to meet group headcount and content targets, while also training, developing, and motivating team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Identify and own improvement opportunities, executing data improvement initiatives within the DMG group to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Technology and Automation: Drive technical initiatives to automate workflow processes, further enhancing productivity and reducing manual efforts.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in a mid-level role for a shared services/competence centre or research institution.
  • Previous experience and affinity with the PE & VC market are highly valued.
  • Proven track record of managing a team size of ~10 or more FTEs.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in detailed company analysis and research.
  • World-class communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bias towards action and a hands-on mindset to deliver results.
