Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires, utilizing Zoho Recruit or a similar ATS.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, payroll management, and employee records in Zoho People.
  • Collaborate with our founders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Support employee engagement and development programs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Handle employee offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to compliance.
  • Provide assistance and resolve employee issues with a strong focus on problem-solving.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HRMS (Zoho People preferred) and ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience working in a dynamic startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and ability to utilize data-driven approaches for decision-making.
