Job Title: IT EDI Administration Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support and enhance electronic data interchange (EDI) processes across our enterprise systems. This role will focus on ensuring seamless data flow between trading partners, vendors, and internal business applications while maintaining compliance and high standards of data integrity.

This position is responsible for administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting EDI transactions and integrations with business applications (ERP, supply chain, finance, etc.). The successful candidate will manage the onboarding of new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments and be familiar with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools. Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices is also desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer EDI transactions and integrations with business applications.
  • Manage the onboarding of new trading partners.
  • Maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with business teams to resolve EDI-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards and company policies.
  • Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to support integration projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation.
