Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Lead to lead our technical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, with expertise in Spring Boot and Hibernate.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical team to develop and implement software solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and experience in automating deployments and managing infrastructure as code.
Additional Competencies:
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities.
  • Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2, JWT).
  • Skilled in profiling and optimizing backend systems for high performance and scalability.
