Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled accountant to join our organization.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and Companies Act.
  • Preparation and coordination for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
  • Providing monthly management information reports (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis).
  • Managing vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
  • Monitoring receivables, credit terms, and following up for collections.
  • Maintaining aging reports and ensuring working capital discipline.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a strong background in these areas. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.

  • Strong accounting skills, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and systems, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
