Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our finance function. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, leadership, and strategic planning.

The role is responsible for overseeing the finance team, managing cash flow, providing strategic direction, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience in financial and commercial roles, with a minimum of two years in executive leadership or team management. A CA qualification or Master's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance is also required.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day accounting activities, including regular accounting and Tally management, reviewing and ensuring timely GST and TDS filing, reviewing and overseeing MIS, cashflow, and vendor ledger work, as well as assisting in reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts.

The role also involves taking responsibility for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping drive the company's financial strategy and hiring needs. Additionally, the candidate will lead the development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same.
