Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled machine learning engineer/data scientist to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI applications.

You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and productionalizing machine learning solutions by evaluating models, training, and/or fine-tuning them. Additionally, you will design and build secure, scalable, and performant AI applications for customers and deploy them into production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop generative AI-based solutions for our customers
  • Evaluate machine learning models and perform necessary tuning
  • Analyze and preprocess datasets for prompt development, including data cleaning, transformation, and augmentation
  • Develop prompts that instruct large language models (LLMs) to generate relevant and accurate responses
  • Build and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines on cloud platforms involving data warehouses, machine learning platforms, dashboards, or CRM tools
  • Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments for real-life applications
  • Good understanding of natural language processing, computer vision, or other deep learning techniques
  • Expertise in Python, NumPy, Pandas, and various machine learning libraries (e.g., XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and their machine learning services
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, with expertise in libraries such as XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and LangChain
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and their machine learning services
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
