Job Title: Risk Management Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, with experience in leading cross-functional projects and programs. They should be able to design strategies and work plans, ensure activities are delivered against those plans, and lead functional and leadership communications, change management, and resource alignment.

In this role, the Risk Management Lead represents HR within centralized risk management forums and projects, providing HR risk management insight into central programs. They interpret central requests, facilitate delivery of required work within HR, and lead HR through external reviews and audits.

The successful candidate will own controls testing for HR, provide related assurance, track remediation, and control/documentation improvements. They will ensure HR compliance through continued evolution of compliance programs/controls and challenging processes/activities through testing to ensure compliance is sustained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Local Risk Assessment assistance (FMEA, PLA, etc)
  • BCM Plan Ownership for India HR Functions
  • Local Issues and Event Identification and Remediation
  • Local Implementation Tasks for Regulatory Changes
  • Local Risk Aggregation and Reporting
  • Identification of Local HR Models
  • Local Audit and Exam support
  • Risk Advisory Support for Local HR

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters/Bachelors Degree
  • 8+ years experience in Project management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in HR Risk
  • 8+ years experience in Risk or Audit Management
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
