As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new leads. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new leads, using defined criteria and call scripts to qualify prospects and prioritize follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new leads.
  2. Lead Qualification: Use defined criteria and call scripts to qualify prospects and prioritize follow-ups.
  3. Appointment Setting: Secure discovery calls and on-site discovery meetings for the senior sales team; manage calendars and confirmations.
  4. CRM Management: Update all interactions, notes, lead statuses, and next steps in the CRM in real time; maintain data hygiene.
  5. Follow-Up Nurturing: Run structured follow-up cadences to progress leads through the funnel.
  6. Scripting: Use and improve call scripts and sequences to increase conversion rates.
  7. Collaboration: Share market feedback with Sales/Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and campaigns.
  8. Reporting: Track and report on daily/weekly activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in lead generation/SDR/BDR or similar role.
  2. Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills; comfortable with outreach targets.
  3. Appointment setting experience with measurable results.
  4. Solid CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and habit of meticulous data entry.
  5. Ability to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or similar.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication; confident, clear, and persuasive.
  7. Organized, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
