Job Opportunity: Secure Mobile Application Developer

  • We are seeking a highly skilled developer to design and build secure mobile applications.
  • A deep understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in server-side programming for building secure APIs.
  • Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms and encryption standards is required.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration to deploy microservices is necessary.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins is required.
  • Experience deploying and managing cloud-based applications on AWS, using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is desirable.
  • Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for mobile components is necessary.
  • An understanding of fundamental areas of cybersecurity, specifically threat management and incident response, is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and maintain native iOS and Android applications and the associated backends focused on security use cases.
  • Implement secure mobile interfaces that adhere to platform-specific guidelines.
  • Integrate security telemetry and monitoring features into mobile apps to support tamper-proofing and security hardening.
  • Develop internal tools for threat intelligence gathering, reverse engineering, and malware hunting, integrating with platforms like ElasticSearch.

About This Role

This position involves designing and building secure mobile applications for various use cases. The successful candidate will have expertise in server-side programming, DevOps practices, and containerization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) application development.
  • Expertise in server-side programming (Python preferred) for building secure APIs.
  • Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT) and encryption standards.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS).
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
