- Oversee end-to-end execution of solar projects from initiation to commissioning.
- Ensure strict adherence to scope, cost, and timelines.
- Engineering & Technical Oversight
- Review and validate engineering designs, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering and site teams.
- Stakeholder & Team Management
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, government bodies, and internal stakeholders.
- Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and EHS standards at site.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections at various stages of the project.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Energy or equivalent.
- 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Solar EPC / Utility / C&I projects.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and people management skills, excellent client and stakeholder management abilities, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict timelines.
