Inside Sales Role
As an Inside Sales Professional at Emeritus, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue by building and managing a lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from top-tier universities.
\Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that leads are nurtured and converted into successful program enrollments.
\You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive business growth and revenue.
\
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Build and manage a lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from top-tier universities
\- Provide in-depth information to interested executives on comprehensive leadership development programs
\- Ensure timely updates on CRM software regarding lead discussions
\- Guide and follow up on program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments with customers
\- Develop best practices for interaction with customers, including standard FAQs
\- Adhere to the inside sales process, tools, and data management
\- Leverage internal relationships to move leads through pipeline stages
\- Participate in marketing feedback meetings (internal), as appropriate
\- Demonstrate a positive attitude toward the job, team, and organization
\- Ability to multitask and understand end-to-end mechanisms
\- Flexible to work in any shift depending on business requirements
\- Proven inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition targets
\- Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and data analysis skills
\- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com
\- Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of B2C sales experience
\- Graduation as the minimum educational qualification
