Inside Sales Role

\

  As an Inside Sales Professional at Emeritus, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue by building and managing a lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from top-tier universities.

\

  Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that leads are nurtured and converted into successful program enrollments.

\

  You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities and Requirements

\

  - Build and manage a lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from top-tier universities

\

  - Provide in-depth information to interested executives on comprehensive leadership development programs

\

  - Ensure timely updates on CRM software regarding lead discussions

\

  - Guide and follow up on program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments with customers

\

  - Develop best practices for interaction with customers, including standard FAQs

\

  - Adhere to the inside sales process, tools, and data management

\

  - Leverage internal relationships to move leads through pipeline stages

\

  - Participate in marketing feedback meetings (internal), as appropriate

\

  - Demonstrate a positive attitude toward the job, team, and organization

\

  - Ability to multitask and understand end-to-end mechanisms

\

  - Flexible to work in any shift depending on business requirements

\

  - Proven inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition targets

\

  - Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and data analysis skills

\

  - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com

\

  - Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of B2C sales experience

\

  - Graduation as the minimum educational qualification
