Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Azure DevOps efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing efficient and automated software delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments to improve performance and resource utilization.
- Integrate automated testing, code analysis, and artifact management into CI/CD pipelines for high-quality software releases.
- Manage version control best practices in Azure Repos, Branch Policies, and Git repositories.
- Administer Azure DevOps permissions, service connections, and project settings for security and streamlined access.
- Leverage containerization technologies like Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for containerized application deployments.
- Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning automation.
- Monitor pipeline performance and resource utilization, proactively resolving issues for smooth operations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to provide effective DevOps solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Azure DevOps administration and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Containerization experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates and Terraform.
- Strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in managing Azure Repos, Branch Policies, and Git repositories.
- Experience administering Azure DevOps permissions, service connections, and project settings.
- Ability to monitor and optimize pipeline performance and resource utilization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
