Observability Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Observability Engineer to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to leverage your expertise in monitoring and observability tools, such as Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Fluentbit/Vector, etc., to drive business outcomes.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain high-performance observability platforms for our critical applications.

  • Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable monitoring solutions using open-source technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of observability capabilities into our products.
  • Design and implement advanced alerting and notification systems to ensure timely issue detection and resolution.
  • Work closely with our data analytics team to ensure effective data collection, processing, and visualization for informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in integrating and implementing various monitoring and observability tools.
  • Excellent understanding of cloud infrastructure and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex technical issues into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
