Technical Lead

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to drive high-performing teams of engineers responsible for enterprise-grade platforms leveraging Java and Python.

The ideal candidate will possess deep architectural expertise, hands-on technical skills, and a proven track record in building and managing high-throughput, low-latency systems.

This role requires strong technical leadership with experience in managing production deployment cycles, ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational resilience across the platform.

Lead and mentor developers building services/platform in Java, Python, and related technology stacks is a must.

  • Languages: Java, Python
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Streaming: Kafka

  • Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Cloud Technology (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK tools
  • Familiarity with:
  • API Gateway: Kong with Lua plugin scripting
  • IAM: Keycloak or IAM, OAuth2/OIDC

To be successful, you will have:

  1. 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  2. Proven expertise in Technical Architecture, design patterns, microservices, and system design principles.
  3. Experience with cloud-native architecture, kubernetes, and distributed systems.
  4. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently in production environments.
  5. Leadership capabilities with excellent mentoring, communication, and collaboration skills.
  6. Possession of passion for driving automation, operational excellence, and performance optimization.
  7. Proven track record in managing software delivery, planning, execution, and delivery assurance.
  8. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  9. Ability to work closely with Product, DevOps, and Platform teams.
