About the Job
- We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to manage multiple product and feature-level projects.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Responsibilities include breaking down business objectives into sprints, tasks, and clear workflows.
- Key duties involve facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project syncs.
- The Project Lead will track and flag potential risks, blockers, or delays — and support mitigation efforts.
- This role also involves keeping task boards, documentation, and project artifacts up-to-date and accessible.
- The ideal candidate will use Linear daily to organize work, manage tickets, and ensure visibility across teams.
- Additionally, they will report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working in a startup environment is required.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Project Management or similar role.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning are essential.
- Prior experience using Linear as a project management tool is necessary.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and great communication skills are required.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or AI startup environment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, or ClickUp is desirable.
- Exposure to client-facing projects or external stakeholder communication is an advantage.
