Job Description

This is a senior-level position that combines technical data expertise with project management and client-facing responsibilities in the pharmaceutical data space. The role involves managing data aggregation projects from conception to delivery, developing data management and reporting systems, working with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data, client relationship management and communication, team leadership and mentoring, and coordinating with US-based teams and clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree
  • 8-10 years of professional experience
  • Proven experience with patient and/or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market

Technical Skills
  • Strong Python coding skills (emphasized as essential)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word)
  • HIPAA-compliant data management experience
  • Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867) preferred
  • Knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims) preferred

  • Strong project management capabilities

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in international matrix environment
  • Willingness to work US hours with 3-4 hours overlap
