Job Title: Trade Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Operations Specialist to join our team.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of trade operations, including freight order generation and COL updation on LARA and LISA systems.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on intermodal moves, ensuring timely completion within deadlines.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues or escalations in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure invoicing process clarity, adherence to company standards, and submission of accurate invoices in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a graduate degree.
  • Possess excellent analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially Excel and Power Presentation.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proactive and self-motivated attitude.
