Job Description

We are seeking a skilled algorithmic trader to develop and implement quantitative trading strategies across equities and derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Real-time Monitoring: Continuously monitor real-time trading performance and risk metrics to ensure compliance with established protocols.
  • Risk Management: Implement robust risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies to mitigate potential losses.
  • Infrastructure Enhancement: Collaborate with our technology team to enhance and maintain state-of-the-art trading infrastructure.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of trading strategies, including market conditions, trade execution, and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record: A demonstrated track record in systematic/algorithmic trading with verifiable results.
  • Quantitative Finance Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling, and risk management principles.
  • Market Expertise: Experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms, and latency optimization techniques.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
  • Professional Background: Professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms, or investment banks preferred.
