**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Pricing Analyst.

The successful candidate will contribute to the profitability of the organization by providing thorough and competitive cost/pricing analysis in the bid and proposal process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft Strategic Pricing Plans: Develop and implement pricing strategies to improve existing projects.
  • Create Reports: Generate reports reflecting metrics, project status, client-level P&L, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Communicate Effectively: Present findings effectively to relevant departments within the organization.
  • Pricing Structure Definition: Work with sales and delivery teams to define pricing structures for company services offered.
  • Technical Document Review: Analyze technical requirement documents and legal contracts to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Identify market trends and industry conditions to scope out opportunities.
  • Pricing Structure Identification: Determine ideal pricing structures and sales funnels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Network Building: Establish relationships with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise.
  • Judgment and Decision Making: Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Deliverable Development: Proven experience developing clear and accurate deliverables from SME and technical source materials.
  • Pricing Model Development: Prior experience building pricing models.
  • Critical Thinking: Think critically and develop well-reasoned analysis, identify relevance and importance of information, understand logical connections between ideas, and solve problems systematically and creatively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus and partnership.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • RFP Response Experience: Experience contributing to RFP responses.
  • SDLC Process Experience: Experience working and delivering to the SDLC process.
  • Data Analytics Experience: Experience with data analytics.
  • Managed Service Experience: Experience in managed service and technology.
  • Sales Report Creation: Experience creating sales reports and sales forecasts.
  • Market Trend Interpretation: Experience interpreting market trends.
