Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GoStudyFree, a leading overseas education consulting company. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operations of our office. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is in Faridabad, Haryana, India. The employment type for this role is hybrid, allowing for both remote and in-office work.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent work coordination and organizational skills
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office
  • Handle day-to-day office responsibilities such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Calendar and travel management of Directors
  • Coordination with internal staff and external stakeholders for critical tasks completion
  • Follow-up with international Universities for partnership contracts and payments
  • Assisting Directors in Business development

Salary: Up to 500,000 per annum
