Lead SSIS/SSRS Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead the team responsible for implementing and maintaining batch jobs, driving strategic direction and ensuring seamless user experience.

  • As primary contact, resolve user inquiries, troubleshoot and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop operational processes to enhance support operations and improve user satisfaction.
  • Log, prioritize and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
  • Monitor critical issues, provide workarounds and assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for enhanced service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify and troubleshoot SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation Processes and SQL Jobs with focus on performance optimization.
  • Convert, manipulate and prepare large volumes of data for ingestion into systems using SQL Server integration tools.
  • Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
  • Manage and resolve data-related issues reported by customers and internal employees.
  • Conduct quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in database and application development and support.
  • Proven SQL Language expertise with high-performance skills.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
