Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements across various functions.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to optimize batch cycle times, improve product yields, and reduce costs through solvent recovery and energy-saving initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them. Your expertise in basic and detailed engineering activities such as energy and mass balance, PFD, P&ID, equipment sizing, utility requirement, and P&ID review will be invaluable in achieving these goals.

You will also introduce new technologies and best manufacturing practices to enhance our processes and stay competitive in the industry.

Your knowledge of heat and mass balance calculations and utility requirements will enable you to optimize our processes and minimize waste.

You will map products, select equipment, and create facilities to ensure efficient production processes. Additionally, you will compile experimental observations and analytical results for technology transfer reports.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
