Job Title: Senior Copywriter

Sr. Creative Strategist

  • Develop and implement creative strategies for multiple brands across various industries, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to create innovative ideas and showcase them for pitches.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans for campaigns and scripts to clients on behalf of any brand.
  • Maintain high standards of creativity and follow up by submitting award entries to recognize team achievements.
  • Report to the Creative Lead who provides overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts generated by your team.
  • Break down complex briefs into manageable tasks for junior creatives to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and client goals.
  • Actively present throughout the production process from idea generation to final product upload, whether for events, shoots, posts, or other creative expressions.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, target audiences, and stay updated on industry trends and news.
