Job Overview

You'll balance multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving effective communication and collaboration.

  • Lead Agile/Scrum processes for one or more development teams.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and resources for successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
  2. Lead and mentor the delivery team, fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
  3. Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, meeting quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback.
  5. Effectively allocate resources to optimize project delivery timelines and resource utilization.
  6. Continuously review and enhance delivery processes to achieve operational efficiency and productivity.
  7. Identify potential risks and challenges, devise mitigation plans, and address issues to minimize impact.

Essential Qualifications

  3. Preferred qualifications
  4. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
  5. Proficiency in using project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
