Transaction Services Manager Role

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Transaction Services Manager. In this role, you will work on complex transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading Financial Due Diligence Engagements: Identify key transaction issues and lead financial due diligence engagements for clients.
  • Preparing TS Reports: Prepare high-quality reports and review sections compiled by junior team members.
  • Managing Assignments: Manage smaller assignments independently or assist on larger ones under supervision.
  • Building Credibility: Build credibility with clients and represent the team in deal discussions.
  • Maintaining Professional Networks: Maintain professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities.
  • Supporting Proposals: Support proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives.
  • Managing Team Members: Manage, mentor, and provide feedback to junior staff.
  • Ensuring Risk Management: Ensure risk management and compliance documentation is completed according to standards.
  • Contributing to Team Morale: Contribute to team morale and a collaborative work environment.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Assignments: Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international).
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients.
