Sales & Business Development Professional

\\\\[We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, engaging with clients, conducting site visits, maintaining store presence, organizing meetings with key customers, and submitting sales reports. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

\\\\[Responsibilities:
\\\\Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales goals by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.\\\\Build and maintain relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key customers to drive business growth.\\\\Conduct regular site visits to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.\\\\Engage with customers at assigned stores daily to support sales growth and provide product information.\\\\Organize and conduct weekly shop meetings with applicators to discuss sales strategies and promote products.\\\\Submit daily sales reports through the online portal to track progress and make informed decisions.
\\\\[Requirements
\\\\A two-wheeler is mandatory for this field sales role.\\\\Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.\\\\Self-motivated and target-driven individuals who can work independently and as part of a team will thrive in this role.\\\\Qualification: Minimum 12th passed, graduation preferred.\\\\Experience: Preferably 6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales, however fresh talents or those from insurance or banking sectors are also encouraged to apply.
