Lead SAP EWM Consultant Role

This role is focused on providing expert-level support and guidance for our clients' SAP EWM implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP EWM, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SAP EWM-related issues and incidents.
  • Manage and lead the AMS support team for SAP EWM, including coordinating regular activities such as incident resolution, system monitoring, and batch job monitoring.
  • Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, system optimizations, and automation opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain AMS documentation, including SOPs, RCA reports, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of SAP experience, with at least 4 years in SAP EWM.
  • Proven experience in a lead role in support/maintenance projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and HU management.
  • Experience with EWM integration with MM, SD, TM, and third-party systems.
  • Familiarity with debugging and working with ABAP teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL-based processes is a plus.
