Designing High-Voltage Inverter Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and innovative High-Voltage Inverter Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing mechanical solutions for high-voltage inverters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical packaging, structures, and thermal management systems for high-voltage power inverters.
  • Develop expertise in high-voltage inverter mechanical design and development, with a focus on creating innovative and reliable designs that meet international quality standards.
  • Understand the components of high-voltage inverters, including power modules, DC link capacitors, EMC filters, and shielding, as well as clearances and creepage distances.
  • Have a basic understanding of simulations in structural, thermal, and other relevant areas, and proficiency in using software such as Unigraphics NX for modeling, drafting, plastic and casting design, generative sheet metal, and generative shape design.
  • Be skilled in drafting and adhere to international standards, with experience in Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA).
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
