Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the West zone. This role is crucial for providing on-site technical support to customers by performing repairs, installations, and maintenance of equipment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On-site Service: Attend to breakdown calls, complete installations, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance at customer sites.
  • Technical Support: Provide frontline support by using technical expertise and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Sales & Revenue: Promote service contracts and consumables to meet sales targets.
  • Administrative Tasks: Raise requests for parts, close transactions, and update service reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking to resolve issues within defined procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience: A Diploma or Engineering degree in any stream with 4+ years of field service experience.
  • Language: Familiarity with Gujarati language.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and multitask effectively.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
